It's just something about this time of year that makes me insanely happy. Maybe it's the cooler weather and beautiful autumn days, or the crisp, clear nights. Either way, it's a glorious time of year, and my absolute favorite.
Gets me excited, I start thinking of baking and cooking, and bonfires and picnics. I find myself stealing away in the afternoons to go ride, maybe lay down in the fields with my horses...just enjoy life.
It finally feels like home, I'm in a routine, my horses are in a routine, and the house is finally a home. I'm excited.
On the 21st of October, if she still wants to, I'm going to meet with a young lady who recently lost her right hand in a work-related accident. She wanted to talk to someone who could relate, so I'm all for it. I've been praying to find someone I could talk to who'd be able to understand. I hate that she had to go through it, but, this may be really well for both of us. Needless to say, I am looking forward to meeting her. It definitely helps if you've got support. Good night y'all, I'm going to head to bed, I'll write more later!
